摘要

Ukraine’s mobile market is highly penetrated as SIM card penetration is above 100% although actual penetration is lower due to multiple SIM card ownership. A number of GSM, CDMA and WCDMA mobile network operators offer services although two GSM operators, UMC (MTS Ukraine) and Kievstar, lead the market. MVNO services are also offered. 3G mobile services are offered via CMDA 1x EV-DO and UMTS/WCDMA networks. An Unlicensed Mobile Access network is under deployment and will be used to offer fixed-mobile convergence services. A variety of mobile data and content services are also available.
