Sieyuan Electric Co., Ltd. is a China-based company primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of power transmission, distribution and monitoring equipment. The Company provides protection devices for power automation, high-voltage switches, high-voltage transducers, capacitors and reactors, among others. It distributes its products principally in domestic markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four major subsidiaries, which involved in manufacture and sale of high-voltage circuit breakers, high-voltage disconnecting switches, high-voltage transducers and capacitors.
