Shanghai Kinlita Chemical Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacturing and processing of automobile painting products. The Company mainly provides negative pole electrophoretic paintings, positive pole electrophoretic paintings, surface paintings and ceramic paintings. The Company's electrophoretic painting products are mainly used in corrosion prevention and coating of automobile bodies and related components, coaches, motorcycles, as well as automobile frames. Its automobile surface painting products are primarily applied in the coating of bodies, bumpers and internal and external decoration components of commercial cars, passenger cars and mini cars. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company obtained approximately 71% and 24% of its total revenue from the sale of negative pole electrophoretic paintings and surface paintings, respectively.
