Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in research, development, manufacture and distribution of fertilizer active ingredients and formulations. The Company provides three series of products: herbicide, pesticide and fungicide, including clopyralid, picloram and fluroxypyr, among others. The Company distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three wholly owned subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in research, development and distribution of chemical raw materials and chemical products.
