Yueyang Paper Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of paper pulp and paper products. The Company primarily provides color-finished offset paper, packaging paper and light weight coated paper. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced approximately 1.03 million metric tons of paper products. The Company distributes its products in China's domestic market. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two wholly owned subsidiaries, which involved in the planting, raising and management of trees for industrial raw materials, as well as the production of bag paper, composite paper, kraft paper and others.
