Nanzhi Co., Ltd., Fujian is engaged in paper making industry. The Company is principally involved in the production and sale of newsprints, cultural paper, paper pulps, cardboard, cardboard boxes and wood dissolving pulps, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company produced 356,600 tons of paper and pulp products, and sold out 353,900 tons of paper and pulp products. In addition, the Company involves in forestry management business. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five major subsidiaries.
