The Company operates automobile 4S (sell, service, spare part and survey) shops of LEXUS, VOLVO, BMW, Renault and SUBARU. The Company also involves in operation of regular chain household electrical appliance shopping malls and regular chain supermarkets, as well as food processing and distribution business. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in distribution of automobiles, household electrical appliances and food products.
