Its precursor was LingYun Auto Parts Co., Ltd which establish in April, 1995. In August, 2000, LingYun Auto Parts Co., Ltd. cpmbined into the share, after share replacement, of three Chinaust companies hold by LingYun Group Corp. Till the November, 2000, the globality transformation name as LingYun Industrial Corp. Ltd. In August, 2003, the Corporation listed in the Shanghai Securities Exchange. Its registered capital is RMB31.20 million. At present, it owns 6 branch, 15 share controlled branch companies, 3 joint stock subsidiaries and one R&D center. Annual operating income beyond RMB2000.00 million.

LingYun Industrial Corp., Ltd mainly products are metal auto parts, plastic auto parts and PE pipe system. In the matter of auto parts, LingYun Industrial Corp., Ltd. is the first corporation of develop door sash, steel roll-in bumper and crash bar.
