Abstract
Along with the rapid development of China manufacturing equipment industry, the hydraulic component industry develops fast as well. From 2003 to 2006, the sales revenue of hydraulic components rose to RMB 48.1 billion from RMB 1.76 billion, the annual growth rate was up to 68%, and the profit increased to RMB 4.1 billion from RMB 1.2 billion with the average growth rate of about 85%.
Currently, the annual production capacity of Yonghong is 200 thousand radiators, and its products has been used by a lot of large and medium domestic enterprises for many years, such as Yangtze Lift Machinery Factory, etc; moreover, about 60% of its products are exported to foreign countries, including France, Sweden, Italy, the USA, Australia etc countries and regions.
